Housing Navigation

The objective of housing stability services is to provide households with a network of support that can help them move out of a cycle of housing instability and onto a pathway of financial stability.  Supportive Housing Navigators assist long-term, at-risk residents living with mental, physical, or intellectual disabilities sheltered in affordable, permanent supportive housing units.
