Bayaud provides outreach services and programs for participants to enroll in. Offering support to individuals experiencing challenges can empower them to take steps towards improving their situation.
Partner with us for deeper inclusive training. The staff at Bayaud Enterprises has extensive experience working with a cross-section of different types of people and how to best interact in challenging situations and also to help individuals be successful in challenging employment situations.
For 50 years Bayaud Enterprises has been an innovator creating employment programs and services to reduce hurdles to self-sufficiency for underserved populations. Bayaud programs provide comprehensive, culturally responsive, trauma-informed interventions to improve outcomes for our constituents that advance self-reliance, health/wellness, and life goals.
Our organization has positively impacted the community by implementing various programs and initiatives that promote education, health, and social welfare, and by engaging in volunteer work and charitable activities that support those in need.

Bayaud participants and low-income near neighbors can utilize the food pantry and distribution and is based on the family’s size. The food pantry is a useful resource for individuals and families low on SNAP benefits. Hygiene products are also available.
The Food Pantry is operated in partnership with the Food Bank of the Rockies. Bayaud works to find items that meet our constituents’ needs, such as food that can be eaten without utensils or that doesn’t require preparation.
The Food Pantry is open on Mondays and Thursdays from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.

Bayaud mobile service vehicles operate at a variety of locations around the Denver Metro area and offer FREE shower and laundry services to community members in need.
